I am new to salesforce and have a basic understanding.

I have created several custom fields on my Leads and  I basically want to be able to track where these leads are coming from.

custom fields:
Initial_Response:(none, call center, BRC, cold call)
UniqueSeqNum: (unique id for this particular campaign - prospects are sent an advert via mail)
source: (Memphis, Cleveland, Nashville, Dallas, etc)

I want to be able to show a response rate for the mail campaign and how the prospects responded.

Example: If I sent 30,000 of these advertisements to targets in the Memphis Market and there were 1,500 prospects that called the call center, I want to be able to show in a table that our call center had a 5% response rate and maybe the cold call respopnse rate is 2%.

Is it possible to create something like this on the dashboard.

Thanks in advance.

This question seems incredibly basic, but I've been searching for hours trying to find the answer.

I want a report that calculates the Lead conversion percentage, that I can further break down into lead conversion percentage by (whatever custom lead field).

Do I start with a custom formula that calculates the total lead count?

Is it possible that this isn't an obvious calculation that already exists?

thanks for any help,
