A newbie to salesforce. Set up the recruitment application. Working lovely. But how do I use it? By that I meant, how could I set up so that applications can directly fill the details in or how could I link where they fill the details in so that the details they fill in show up in the recruitment application?

I mean otherwise what's the point of having that sample recuritment application if I have to manually reenter the details?
I am just developing the HR application from this pdf tutorial. I was just wondering how I can let this application to be used by the external user from the website interface? For example, can we let actual applicants to apply the jobs throgh this HR software?
