Lotus notes integration .............. help

I've downloaded the Lotus notes intrgator several times but my Notes still does not pick up any salesforce integration. I'm sure there is osmething simple that i need to do with Notes.

Splash Page for Standard Objects

Hi
I am wondering if it is possible to introduce a Splash Page for the Standard Objects such as Leads and Accounts so that we can add some information with regards to custom fields we have created for these Standard Objects for new users?
Any advise is highly appreciated
