Hello,

I'm new to building sites/pages in Salesforce. I've followed the guide for CMSForce 2.  I've created the samples as well as my own templates. However, when I attempt to view them, an error page shows stating "Authorization Required". My settings match the instructions in the guide so this is really frustrating.  Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi,

Got a issue which I am unable to reproduce and appears to be intermittent.

I have developed visualforce page which is available externally without login. The user is allowed to update values for a custom object and then click a button to save. I believe the relevant site permissions are in place as it works 99% of the time.

Intermittently they are authorization required when clicking button to save.

So I am wondering what else to check.

Could it be a timeout issue or browser version.

Thanks

Installed CMSForce2. Followed instructions up to page 13.  Was able to launch WYSIWYG editor and create basic PageItem content, but this content does not show up on the site preview or on the site itself (http://fugroroadware.force.com/software/cms/Home).

Suspecting permission issue of some kind.  All CMSForce2 objects have Read access or higher in Public Access Settings including PageItems which was not specified in the instructions.

Trying to view the PageItem by itself produces Authorization required page.

Help!!  This was supposed to be easy, but I haven't even gotten started.

Thanks,

Michael
