Duties include but not limited to:

 

 

  • Perform basic administration of a multi-instance
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions
  • Maintain schedule for future releases/enhancements
  • Assist users with report design and management
  • Create and manage a change management process
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes
  • Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to support additional business processes and functions

 

Starting rate is $20 per hour. No nights or weekends.

Role-

Acutedge is looking for a "rock-star" Salesforce Consultant to assist with current and future projects. You will preferably be located in the US/East Coast. Salesforce.com administrators with requisite experience, especially with nonprofit or public sector organizations, looking to move into a consulting career are encouraged to apply.

 

Primary Responsibilities -

  • Advise Acutedge's clients on Salesforce.com best practices
  • Assist in pre-sales activities such as work estimation and proposal creation
  • Develop project scope, gather business requirements, develop design documents, and customize application
  • Create solutions using Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform
  • Provide post-implementation support as needed
  • Training customers in a group or one-to-one setting

 

Experience and Skills-

  • 1-2 years of solid hands-on experience with Salesforce.com CRM/Force.com platform, working   as a Consultant or a Salesforce.com Administrator   in a Nonprofit setting
  • Hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce setup --
    • # User Roles, Profiles, Sharing
    • # Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Search Layouts, Custom Objects, AppExchange, Salesforce for Outlook, Offline Edition, Salesforce Mobile
    • # Advanced Reports, Dashboards, and Analytical Snapshots
    • # Assignment Rules, Formulas, Workflows,
    • Experience with Data Migration, Data Cleansing using ETL tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector and DemandTools
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience

Must haves -

  • Passionate about helping organizations achieve their objectives with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Salesforce.com Administrator or Salesforce.com Developer Certification

Preferred -

  • Experience working with Nonprofits and the Nonprofit Starter Pack
  • Experience with multiple end-to-end implementations of Salesforce.com

Our product management group is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team, responsible for leading the scoping, ongoing administration of and training on applications in Eliza's Salesforce platform, and implementation of new features.  Eliza currently uses Salesforce to track Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Contracts as well as using Force.com custom applications to manage Eliza team workflows and configuration of internal platforms. Eliza is planning several large integrations and customization over the next year which will require collaboration and guidance from the candidate.

  • Manage and implement best practices for creating and refreshing sandboxes and migration of data/metadata
  • Provide appropriate data access and security by maintaining role hierarchies, profiles and other security measures


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment
  • Ability to work independently to solve complex problems
  • Excellent project management and communication skills are required
  • Experience with SFDC administration and implementation (> 5 years)
  • Salesforce certifications (administrator tracks)
