Invisible Children has been using Salesforce.com (Enterprise Edition) since 2008. Our usage now spans across nearly every department in the San Diego headquarters office as well as our program headquarters in Gulu, Uganda and Dungu, Democratic Republic of Congo. Specific applications deployed include contact activity management, HR applications processing, email marketing, customer service, donor management and processing, data management for LRACrisisTracker.com, and management of a variety of data sets for our educational and micro-economic programs in Uganda. Our usage of Salesforce.com was profiled at the 2009 and 2011 Dreamforce conferences as well as the 2012 Cloudforce conference hosted by Salesforce.com in San Francisco.

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator that will help the organization extend its usage of Salesforce.com, enhance its current applications and workflows, develop a strategy for maintaining data quality, train staff on best practices, build engaging reports and dashboards, and handle data migrations between external applications and Salesforce.com.

We are looking for a person experienced in Salesforce CRM Application Administration, Data Integration and Customization. This person will need to analyze requirements and develop technical designs and components/extensions based around the needs of programs and departments in San Diego as well as Central Africa. S/he will enforce best practices, standards and guidelines related to application development and produce detailed documentation and training to the users of the application and technologies.
