Looking to create my first VisualForce page, just wondered if anyone had any pre-existing code to help me get started.

Essentially I'm looking to create:
> List of Campaign Members
> Picklist to switch between campaigns
> Cross referenced by a 2 picklists based on fields on the person account (Address State AND 'Relationship Manager')
> With the ability to change Member Status (without refreshing entire list)
> Member Status options available only those that are in the Campaign 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is it possible to edit a custom email template before I send it? For instance, I have a custom email template that uses HTML, when I close a case I want to use this template but I want to have the ability to edit the template prior to sending it to the salesforce contact. I can't see any option to do this - is there a setting I'm missing?
