Hello,

 

I have implemented a customer portal so my partners and customers can log and see their own cases.

 

The cases tab which is visible works and there is no issue. A user can log in and see all of their cases under the default list view 'my cases'

For the moment the portal contact is set up as a delegated admin and portal super user (more for diagnostics at the moment)

 

My problem is with the accounts tab.

I would like partners who log in to be able to see 'My Accounts' and any child accounts in the heirachy.

Currently nothing is visible and no results are shown under 'My Accounts' in the the portal.

 

The account is portal enabled and the visible in customer portal field is shown and checked.

 

Does anyone have any ideas for me.

Can Cloud Swarm allow a user to follow a specific record type of a custom object?

 

If so, should I be installed the managed or unmanaged app?

 

I am on the Enterprise version of SFDC
