change or customize customer portal login page

Hi

 

I have create a custom visual force page : VFP_Login 

 

This is the the login URL for my customer portal

 

Login URLhttps://cs16.salesforce.com/secur/login_portal.jsp?orgId=YYYYYYY&portalId=XXXXXXX

 

How to change it to my VFP_Login page??
