Cloud Swarm 3 has been a great tool for our small company to ensure that all stakeholders stay in the loop.  But since commentary about the app is all more than 3 years old,  I wonder if another app has been released that is currently reccomended instead. 

Anyway here is our problem:  We swarm the sales team on the creation of any opportunity.  (Like I said--  a small company).  But certain opportunities do not trigger the swarm and I cannot figure out why.  Any thoughts?

When trying to use the Opportunity Wizard (or any other) it appears that applying a rule is an "all or nothing" decision. Yet, the Cloud Swarm video would indicate that there should be a PLUS sign next to user names to include them in the group the rule impacts. I don't see the + anywhere.

 

Ideas?
