We have a custom tab referncing an ASP page on our site.

The tab works fine in IE, CHROME, SAFARI and in FireFox on or before V20.0.1

Somewhere in the upgrade to FireFox 23.0.1 the Salesforce version stopped working.

It will no longer display the tab contents.

Note it works fine if you simply pull up the page in firefox V23.0.1, it's only when viewed through a custom tab on Salesforce  that this happens.

SalesForce support considers this a Firefox problem for some reason (even though the underlying page works fine in Firefox without Salesforce)

Anyone else seeing anything like this? Any insights on how to troubleshoot?

Note - it IS calling an HTTP:// (not HTTPS) page

I am trying to create a issue tracking system(to track salesforce issues from business users). is Email-to-case a best option for that or is there any other appexchange best to use.

I have installed Email to case premium. And now I am creating cases enabling On-Demand Email-to-Case.

1)  When case is crated i m finding attachmetns in Emails option in Layout. Where can I find the functionality of that class. Is that functionality is with Email to case premium Package?

2) If I want to allow customer to attach morethan 10MB definitely i need to install Email to Agent also reigh?
