In Trailhead attempting to complete Protect Your Data in Salesforce  Restrict Login Hours and IP Ranges. Unable to verify step in  Playground or newly created Dev Org.

There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org.
