Hi,

I have setup lead autoresponder rules sending custom html emails. These emails have http url hyperlinks, directing to pdf files stored in the customer's server. The url are something like "http://www.customername.fr/doc.pdf".
My tests were successful (I have a gmail email account).

Some leads reported that the url in the email was broken. Oddly, there is "https://%20%20" added in front of the url, so the lead was not able to see the pdf file. The leads, who had the issue, have an email address with a live.fr or hotmail.fr domain.
I have contacted salesforce support but they said that it has nothing to do with salesforce but with the lead's email box settings.

Is there something that can be modified in the html code to avoid this type of "automatic rewritting" of htpp url?

Thank you,
Anne-Sophie

Hi,
I am using a flow to allow a user to edit a record.
I can display the current value of all the fields in the record except for picklists - is there any way to do this?

Also all my picklists in the flow are mandatory - do they have to be?
