Upsert Operation Using Power Center

Hello,

My client wants to migrate data from Oracle to SalesForce objects using UPSERT instead of update strategy in PowerCenter. I'm new to Salesforce Integration and have no clue how to accomplish this. Can someone please help with the mapping flow?
