Good day everyone, I have question about salesforce Report. Suppose I have a product object with field product_name and quantity. Now I want to create a report that will get the total quantity of every product .After that since I have thousands of product, I only want to show top 5 product_name which has the highest quantity.I've tried to used the group by and limit functionality in report, but using it at the same time is not possible. How will i do it please help . Thank you.

  I try to insert csv file with column last name and email and my last name column contains the value as ABC, Inc. .When i try to insert that csv file it showing an error as Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS, Email: invalid email address: Inc.": [Email__c].

What is happening here is after the commas(,) it taking as email address thats y this error is coming.
So how to keep the last name as last name even it contains (,).
