I have created a custom object, that is using Smartconnect to pull records from my ERP system. Each of these records has a field that contains a code. This same code can be found on our Account records. I would like to auto populate an account lookup with the account name based off these fields matching. Any suggestions on how to do this?

We have setup an email service with this address

As of last night all emails sent to the address have been rejected. 

Does anyone have any ideas?
