i want to call lightning component with parameter in salesforce1 using custom button or link. How can i achieve this ? 

I have a requirement like , I have to add a custom button on Accout Detail page and on click of that I need to use my Lightning Visualforce page in Salesforce1. Please suggest how can I achieve this

We need a freelance SF developer that can develop and implement our lead to quote process. Travel Industry experience is a plus. We have existing data schema and workflow mapping. etc. Developer must be proficient in Force.com pages, web to lead Apex, Visual Force, IDE, migration tools, Web Services, third party API Integration.
