I had to create a Google Info button as part of the Create Custom Buttons challenge. The button was created properly. But, I can't pass this chellenge because of this error message:  How do I get around this?

I've gone to the Sales Executive Profile and set Read Only for Accounts and Opportunities Objects.  I even set a series of Sharing Rules for both Accounts and Opptys to view for everything created by both Inside Sales and Field Sales.

This morning I have been trying to complete several modules in Trailhead. Every time I hit the Check Challenge button, the system just swirls and never completes. Is there some sort of system-wide glitch happening right now?

I am unable to install the Salesforce Adoption Dashboards from the appexchange into my dev org.  I get the following error:

Hi Forum,
What's strange is that I was stuck on "field sales user" and now I'm stuck at "Inside Sales User".

I believe the OWD's are fine as well as the Object Permissions as well as the Profile setup. I was wondering if there would be a way to verify the error.  In the meantime I will continue to persist.

I am trying to complete this challenge:

To pass this challenge, create a custom button which opens a link to 'http://google.com?q=<CONTACT NAME>' - where <CONTACT NAME> is the current contact's name. Then add this button to the default 'Contact Layout'.
The custom button must be labeled 'Google Info' with the name 'Google_Info'.
The custom button must dynamically insert the contact's name using the appropriate merge field.
The custom button must be added to the 'Contact Layout' page layout.


But keep getting this error: 

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
The 'Google Info' custom button was not found. Hint: Make sure that it is a Detail Page Button (not link) and that its added to the page layout.
