Description:
Probitas Partners is looking to hire a full-time Salesforce Administrator based in their San Francisco Office. This role will be responsible for the daily administration and support of Salesforce database along with the integration of a third-party software program, Skuid. This position will help support all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, finance, compliance, and operations initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform with a heavy influence on its connected software, Skuid
  • Day-to-day support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
  • Working with management and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
  • Design and create customized reports and dashboards
  • Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments
  • Train new and existing users on how to use database applications
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
  • Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution
  • Perform and develop business process mapping for new implementations
  • Communicate directly with end users on a regular basis to capture requirements, investigate issues, and identify new solution development opportunities
  • Design and develop applications, features and enhancements with an emphasis on clean, highly efficient, and well documented Skuid pages
  • Provide frequent status updates on projects and ensure their successful execution in a timely fashion
  • Oversee third party developers on larger/more technical projects
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience as Salesforce administrator or developer
  • Strong understanding of CRM software’s
  • Ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Data Loader
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to problem solve and balance multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
