When ever I am running a report to find out the orders, where birthdate is required. But in the report its generating where there at 3am. the orders are getting placed with out date of birth.

I checked the company profile time zone, It shows me EST, But i couldnt understand yet why the orders are getting placed with out birthdate at 3.00 Am only??
