Hello,

We are trying to integrate with https://www.salesscreen.com/ which is using SalesForce Streaming API.

We've managed to successfully "see" SalesForce objects from within SalesScreen using our dedicated API Only user but unfortunately we didn't manage to see any activity using Streaming API.

It supposed to communicate back to SalesScreen whenever particular event happens in SF such as Opportunity enters specific stage etc.

From SalesScreen perspective we've done all necessary steps to configure SalesForce & SalesScreen account.

Is there any special configuration in SalesForce we need to do in order to "enable" Streaming API?

Does anyone here have an experiance with Streaming API and/or SalesScreen integration?
