Hi everyone~

I'm new to SF and wonder how to :
1. Add our company logo & other text in the printable view page? Or can we customize template with our logo?
   Basically, after the quotation was converted to order and done with internal approval, we need to print it out for filing & it should bear our          
   company letter head and form number (ISO regulation) but so far it only show Salesforce logo. (use printable view function embedded)

2. Simplyfy the view for approval history?
    Since our order will need to go through 3-4 departments the default approval section will be a really long list when print out (3rows/approval), is     there anyways to make it more simple? or at least not eat up that much space
