Hi All,

in Salesforce Knowledge, i can see that we cannot query with PublishStatus IN ('Draft','Online') together and need to be queried seperately (2 SOQL everytime) for accomodating any logic.

Kindly let me know if you have faced this issue and is there any workaround?

Hi All,

i have a requirement to send an email notification once the AssignedTo field is changed in knowledge say to a queue.
But the workflow is not triggering even though the field is changed.

Hi All,

I have enabled Lightning Knowledge in my org where there are users who use both Lightning and Classic views.
I have a requirement to add a visual force page as section in nowledge page layout.
My object name is Knowlege__kav and i have written a VF page for the standard controller, but if i try to edit the pagelayout, i am not getting Visualforce pages option in page layout editor for adding a a new section.

Kindly let me know if you have faced this and is there any work around?
