Log Line Details size

Do we know what is the max size of Log line details on the execution log window of salesforce developer console? I am trying to check the result of the serialization of a JSON object and it truncates the extraction.

Is there any way that you can report or SOQL on pricebook user sharing?

I want to either run a report or run SOQL or any other way that I can have a list of all users/roles that are assigned a price book with sharing? Any ideas?
