Hi all. I am trying to run a report allowing visibility over accounts which have had no past activity on Salesforce - by this I mean any accounts with no events/calls/tasks against them.

What is the easiest way of doing this? What fields should be incorporated? 

Looking for the best way to build an automated process so when an opportunity is pushed to Closed Won, this automatically changes the account type to Customer. So far, we have the below:

Hi all. When one of our standard users is attempting to view our "Prospect" list of accounts (a filtered list sourced from the accounts tab), it presents him with this message. 


 

We have noticed that our live org is failing to display any of the detail pulled from our API. There is a lot of functionality which isn't working and we have countless errors in our ErrorLog which we cannot decipher. This has been ongoing for a while now and we are currently lacking business critical functionality. Without a technical background, we are unable to fix this ourselves.
