It may sound trivial but I wanted to confirm if a Bulk load api job does not processes the update/upsert unless the job is closed by the process submitting the job.

Reason I ask is because we have jobs that are run by scheduler and they have a timeout of one hour so if data is more than expected the process does not get to the point of submitting close request and they show up as Open in Bulk Data load portal.
