Hello, working with Einstein Bots, I'm having an issue trying to switch back to ON the toggle in SETUP > SERVICE CLOUD EINSTEIN option. It was previusly active and some configuration was already in place but doing a test trying to fix a problem working with the Chatbot, I did switch it to OFF and now I'm not able to switch it back to ON again. On screen I only get this message:

"Something went wrong. Try again later or contact Salesforce Customer Support."

Does anybody knows if there is an option inside Salesforce where I can go and get more details about the problem?

I'm working on version Winter 20.

Facing an error while deploying Chat Button. Routing type is Omni channel queues. But the error is showing related to Skill.


What am i missing?
