I'm receving the error "Couldn't find a summary report called 'Open Support Cases'." However, I have double checked it over and over (as well as re-done the report)  plenty of times and keep getting the same issue. I used the "Case" type report to create it, any tips on what I might be doing wrong.

I even tried to make it "wrong" and see if it would give me a different error, but it remains the same.
