In the XML file, recordTypeVisibilities shows an entry for personAccountDefault set to "true".  Why is this here?  We do not have Person Account activated at all. Does this cause a problem?
 

To make a test class pass, our developer consultant has given "modify all" permission.  Is this really acceptable?  I am a sys admin - so I have a lot to learn here!

Is it advisable to grant "modify all" permission just so that a test class would pass?  Our consultant developer does this but it does not sit well with me.  Please comment or suggest resources for me to read.
