Salesforce Developer Community

I started today with the Lightning Roll out Superbadge but ran into problems on the first challenge already. Two issues need resolving

I typed in Optimizer in Setup, but nothing is displayed. On the community site I found a resolution to copy /ui/setup/optimizer/OptimizerSetupPage?setupid=SalesforceOptimizer this into my address. I then get a insufficient privilege error. I am signed in as an administrator.
The challenge fails as it cannot find user John Wiseman. I have confirmed that he exist with the correct profile and license. I think it might to do with the alias or nickname not being correct.

Any help would be appreciated.
