How To lower Salesforce API version of Apex

we need to lower the allowable API version of Apex in the org to a value of 33 (or lower, up to 27). Please help. Thanks!

How to add user to Call Center in Salesforce?

We have come across a road block, our requirement is to add partner users to Call Center but their not available as user to be selected.
We have raised a case to Salesforce support and they confirmed that this is a limitation

Is there a way around this using custom lighting component, visual force or apex? Any suggestion will greatly appreciated. The CTI that we are using is Knowlarity.
