Hi All,

Our Customer Service Support is using Live Agent every day. 
My question is: is it possible to configurate a predictive text autofill in Live Agent (Chats). 

For exemple: I type "further" in the chats and Live Agent gives me several predictive phrases to select, as for exemple: "Do you have any further questions?", "Do you need my further assistance?", and so on.

Is it possible to integrate it or configure it in Salesforce Lightining?
