I am are trying to leverage the existing "communities Customer Service template " to create communities.
Where the template comes with Action plan pages : ‘Action plan Detail’ and ‘Action Plan Template’ pages which we CANNOT delete (see below)


Also tried deleting from final-exported templated, But I am running into the "insufficient privileges" error (see below image)

How can I resolve this. This 'Action plan' is really causing trouble deploying to orgs which does not have financial clouds or standard action plan objects.
