customised round robin

facing an issue with custom round robin assignment, when an inactive lead is reactivated. the lead owner name is not changing.. please help.

issue..email deliverability

Hi,

I am using a new Playground.. 
I am not able to perform any mail actions. Like Send Email / Email alerts. Even after setting the Email Template and try to send preview to my mail, I am not getting the mails, it say Failure Deliverability.

In Setup -> Email administration -> Deliverability -> Access to all emails


But when I Test Deliverability  it says 16 test messages have been sent.. but I have received only 1 test mail. And other 15 mails are Failed Deliverability.  

 I have created many Trailhead Playground, but then the issue is the same.
