How can I unlock superbadge for Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On Settings Superbadge Unit

Hi Everyone - Thank you for your help. I am looking to complete the superbadge for https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/superbadges/superbadge-mfa-sso-settings

I completed all the pre-reqs, including the following:
1) Setup SSO
2) Both user account configurations, including creating 2 permission sets
3) Setup MFA in the org
4) Setup Lightening login
5) Setup Authenticator app for the user.
6) Tested user via authenticator, and my domain URL.

All the above are working as expected. However, I am still seeing the padlock sign after the instructions and so I am unable to proceed to do the challenge. What is missing or can you take a look at the setup and let me know if I am missing anything?
