Currently I am responsible for the day-to-day support of Sales Operations in using salesforce.com and other technology applications.  I am also responsible for managing area SFDC systems administrators and internal associates.  I currently support 200+ users from sales, support, marketing, and customer service.

Here is a brief list of my basic responsibilities. 

Develop and Implement Sarbanes-Oxley compliant procedures for pricing.

Develop and Implement Role Hierarchy and Profiles to maintain field level security.

Develop and maintain workflow rules and alerts

Perform user administration in salesforce.com (SFDC).

Maintain and develop custom objects and tabs.

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards. 

Perform account validation and research using salesforce.com, Hoovers, and D&B

Serve in a help desk capacity to answer any questions regarding functional and technical usability of salesforce.com for area administrators and field users.

Troubleshoots application and software issues. 

Support a variety of other technology initiatives and applications used by the sales.

Train all new users of Salesforce.com upon employment and during new releases.

Leader of the Local User Group for Memphis, TN

Perform mass account reassignments as needed in SFDC to support territory realignments and open territories.
