I installed the connector on an Enterprise Edition; I have Outlook Edition 3.2, Office 2007 and XP Pro and have downloaded and installed the SF Office Toolkit also. The addin shows up in the list of addins; I connect to the salesforce sandbox to which I am a Sys Admin with the designated userid and password; I get the following error from within excel when i try to connect:
Pop-up window with the following message:
Error generated by request::not well formed at byte index 996
Exception Code 1
Could not establish connection to API service
