We implemented email2case on-demand module and placed filters on the Exhange server to prevent forwarding emails with 'Out of office' string in the subject line to salesforce email service. However, we are receiving out of office emails in multiple languages (hence SPAM cases are being created) and capturing all possible strings/placing filters for every one of them does not seem a right thing to do. Is there a tag in the email header identifying auto-reply emails, so we can create only one filter using such flag? Any other suggestions?

Thank you in advance....

Hello,

We are in process of mobile deployment and need to come with FAQ/training for our help desk (how to... kind of questions).  Is such documentation available? I know I can go to SFDC 'Help & Training', search for similar questions and copy & paste them in a document, but this would be rather tedious.

Thank you in advance...

Hello,

Is it possible to create a view/report of users who registered but never logged in to salesforce via mobile devices after mobile registration. I need this data to evaluate my organization's mobile deployment efforts.

Thank you in advance

We have a need to create a juction object between a custom object 'Competitor Product' and the standard Opportunity Product object.  The user need is to track the many-to-many relationship between competitor products and opty products.  The roadblock is that the Opportunity Product does not seem to be an object to which a lookup or master-detail relationship can be created from a custom object.  Has anyone done anything innovative to get around this limitation?

Thank you

Folks -
Is there a way to remove/hide 'NEW' buttom from the related list based on certain conditions? For example, custom object A is a parent to custom object B. There is a custom field (picklist) on the object A  called 'Staus'. If the value is set to 'Approved', the users should not be able to create a new child record; for all ther statuses (In-Review, Oh-hold, etc...) the users should be able to create a new child record.

I know you can remove 'NEW' button from the related list by unclicking the proper box on the page layout, but it is all-or-none. I need some kind of dinamic logic...

Thank you in advance

Folks –

Is there a utility that would allow promoting configuration of custom objects from one environment to another (from Sandbox A to Sandbox B or from sandbox A to production)? We are in process of creating several custom objects and such utility would save us a great deal of time.

Any help is greatly appreciated...

Is there a way to increase a Field Name Length? I have a situation where picklist with the simple values of Yes and No has a 68 characters question. SFDC allows only 40 characters per field name...

Is there a way to avoid 250 characters limitation of the Name field in Section Header? I need to have a few questions in the header and SFDC allows to enter unlimited number of characters in the Name field but trims the characters to 250 once I am saving page layout.
