We are looking to have a little app written that grabs data from salesforce, and displays it in a browser.

Specifically, we want our customers to be able to come to a "check order" html we'll design, enter their PO number, and it extracts the:

ship date

tracking number (if already shipped)

And maybe another thing or two we determine would be useful...

We are getting calls from people asking "is my job on schedule?", and it could be handled in this manner more efficiently.
