hello everybody

I have a enterprise edition, but now I need change all the information to professional edition. I can´t to use the Data Loader. I found a document where mention the excel connector but I dont knows use it. I have excel 2007.

Can anybody show me a document or link where I can see step to step how realize the importation.

Note: I did the importation with the wizard (Import Account,contacts,leads,Solutions.). I need to import (campaigns,cases, opportunities,etc)  .

Hello everybody

I am currently working with the Enterprise trial version, we'll buy the Professional edition, but my question is:

1. how do I migrate the information we already have in the Enterprise version to the professional version?
2. can anyone show me a link with the steps required to accomplish this?
