Login to SFDC from PC and Ipad is ok. But, login from browser to https://login.salesforce.com,

after enter username and password, I get error message " Connection refused na6.salesforce.com:443 "

 

any idea? thanks.

 

 

We have few records of account missing in Salesforce.com, since it is sync with Oracle system using ETC, so we have the Account Id recorded in Oracle, but cannot find the record in Salesforce.com also not available in recycle bin.

Is there anyway to trace this if we can provide the Account Id?

Hi,

 

We get error INVALID_CROSS_REF_KEY when do upsert. 

When the record is processed after 1st round, the same record processed again, it will success to create a new record or update if available.   Any idea?

One of my user getting an alert after install Salesforce for Outlook, "Salesforce for Outlook was unable to open successfully. You'll need help from your administrator... Error in reading configuration: SFDCPassword Configuration Name:SFDCPassword at SFDC.Configuration.Server...." using windows XP with Office 2010.

any idea how to fix this?
