I am trying to use salesforce as IDP. I followed the following link "http://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=identity_provider_examples.htm#sp_google_example_title"

When I try to test, I get this error. 

"Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary."

Could anyone help me?

Is there any documentation available for the new Chatter API? If so, I would appreciate any information that you can provide.
