Description:

We are a 400+ employee company hiring for a Salesforce Systems Analyst with advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM. The candidate will understand the needs of the Sales, Finance and Product teams to create requirements and assist in maintaining a development schedule for the portfolio.  This person will work with internal and external teams to manage expectations and to guarantee timely releases of Salesforce deliverables, including reporting and dashboard creation.  

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance Salesforce.com CRM.
• Construct and implement solution for integration of supplemental tools with Salesforce.com.
• Conduct business systems analysis and design, data modeling, process flow modeling, and process re-engineering.
• Work with business users to understand needs and identify and create clear functional requirements.
• Construct and implement Salesforce Reporting solutions for Sales, Finance, and Product teams. 
• Ensure all product implementations are met on time, within budget and are in agreement with specifications
