Can someone please clarify whether a Chatter Plus user can create workflows or not? I checked the salesforce.com help, which made two different statements at two different places, one of the statements being:
Users with Chatter Plus licenses can access standard Chatter people, profiles, groups, and files, plus they can:
- View Salesforce accounts and contactsUse
- Salesforce CRM Content, Salesforce CRM Ideas, and Answers
- Access dashboards and reports
- Create and approve workflow
- Use the calendar to create and track activities
- Modify up to ten custom objects
and the second statement was:
A Chatter Plus user can approve workflow, but can't create new workflow rules.
Need some clarity on this.
