OVERVIEW:

Paramount Solar is looking for a Junior Salesforce.com (SFDC) Developer to be responsible for successfully implementing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce.com CRM companywide.  This tech-savvy professional will work directly with key team members to scope, design, develop, test and refine customized Salesforce.com solutions.  Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-                      Work with various business partners to realize the full capabilities of SFDC CRM and how it can provide

-                      Provide operational support to the SFDC system

-                      Contribute to all technical aspects of projects developed

-                      Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements

-                      Write supporting documentation supporting business needs

-                      Create development and integration plans

 

REQUIREMENTS:

-                      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field

-                      1-2 years of professional experience with custom development

  • Previous experience specifically with SFDC a plus

-                      Solid foundation in object-oriented methodologies, rational databases and data-modeling

-                      Experience deploying enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, Flex, ASP, JavaScript and Web Services including SOAP, XML, XML Schema, JSON, open APIs and/or REST

  • Strong Apex and Visual Force programming skills highly preferred

-                      Knowledge of enterprise systems including CRM, SFA, and ERP

  • Previous experience utilizing Force.com and Database.com cloud platforms highly preferred

-                      A good understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration

-                      Technical acumen translate requirements into detailed, modular, and extensible designs

-                      A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully comprehend customer requirements and pain points

-                      Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

-                      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and with a team

-                      Autonomy in the overall development lifecycle (i.e.. business process design, documentation, testing strategy and execution, troubleshooting analysis, etc.)
