Located in the corporate office in Nashville, the Consulting Application Engineer will use their technical, analytical, and leadership skills to serve as a senior developer of Salesforce.com/Force.com products supported by IT&S Product Development.

Description:

The Consulting Application Engineer for Salesforce Development will provide technical leadership in the design and development of solutions on the Salesforce/Force.com platform. The person in this role will be collaborate with Architecture, Business Analyst, and Business Customer teams to develop solutions which support Physician Sales (Sales Cloud), Patient CRM (Service Cloud), and Business Process Initiatives (Force.com).

In-depth knowledge and experience with the Force.com platform is required for this position as this person will consult, mentor, and lead other development team members on all technical aspects of the platform. The Consulting Application Engineer will employ aspects of Agile and Lean methodologies to deliver value to our Business Customers quickly and iteratively. This role will also require providing direction to on-shore and off-shore resources to implement the systems designed by the engineer.

Experience Required:

• 7  Years experience in developing Object Oriented Web Applications.
• 3  Years experience developing Salesforce.com solutions.
• Experience with integrating on-premise and 3rd party cloud systems with Salesforce.com.
• Experience with directing on-shore and off-shore resources in implementation to design specifications.
• Experience utilizing a variety of Modeling Notations to document an understanding of business processes and the design of systems.
• Experience with Agile and/or Lean Development Methodologies a plus.

Education Required:

• Bachelors Degree or greater highly desired
• Advanced Developer or Architect Salesforce.com Certification preferred
