As Rocket Fuel enjoys explosive growth, we are looking for an experienced SFDC Administrator to maintain and improve our Sales Cloud platform to support the Rocket Fuel sales teams, marketing, solutions marketing, account management, finance, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of the lead-to-order process domain, with hands-on SFDC Enterprise Edition configuration skills. He/she must also possess an affable demeanor and a passion for bringing order to chaos.
 

Key Tasks and Responsibiltiies

  • Map and maintain the lead-to-order processes across all sales channels and global regions.
  • Define and document business requirements, processes and integrate policies.
  • Design, manage, test, deploy, and optimize the user experience related to Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Reports, Dashboards, and Content areas.
  • Manage requests, troubleshoot issues in partnership with business users, and be involved in user training sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze site metrics, system performance, and user activity.
  • Manage overall SFDC setup including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
  • Develop new and manage the existing workflow requirements for the various salesforce user groups, including alerts, emails, triggers, validations, etc.  
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM.
  • Design, manage, test, and deploy development projects related to system integration or custom development on the Force.com platform.
  • Develop new and manage existing reporting requirements for salesforce users and company management.
  • Maintain the overall data model; develop strategies to handle data discrepancies and data quality problems.
  • Monitor and analyze site metrics, system performance, license usage, and user activity.
Skills & Attributes:
 
  • Experience in SFDC user interface and report development and maintenance
  • Excellence in providing end user support, ideally to a field sales team
  • Experience performing data cleanup and/or data migration to and from Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in managing and executing custom SAAS development projects
  • Experience in testing and rollout of new CRM capabilities and functionality.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with organizational personnel to define problems and present solutions at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into design specifications.
Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years in SFDC administration, with ADM and Sales Cloud certifications preferred.
  • BS or BA required.
