Hi,

We have to integrate SFDC with external Job Boards (API integration) to retrieve matching resumes and then download into SFDC repository for later viewing, searching.

Looking for some advise, recommendations from SFDC - Job Sites integration work community has experience on.

Challenges

1. Does the solution need to fire individual APIs from each job board to do candidate search? Is there any 3rd party supplier out there supplying resume search and management APIs which SFDC can invoke as 1 API call and rest of the search is done by provider?

2. If SFDC calls individual APIs from these job boards, how do we aggregate resume for Same candidate from multiple sites (within SFDC once API results are available)?

3. For selected profiles, how do we parse the resume and download into SFDC?

Appreciate any inputs, pointers to address above.
