We're looking for a salesforce consultant in the Sacramento, CA and/or San Francisco Bay Area, CA. We need a Salesforce administrator to help us with primarily customization, and also projects, app assistance/recommendation, and/or training. Please reply back if you are interested AND in the Sacramento or Bay area.

Thank you,
Nichole
Looking for SFDC opportunities in the San Francisco Bay area.
As a Senior member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional, high-functioning Agile teams comprised of like-minded developers that excel in the craft of software development. You’ll provide leadership and guidance to our mid-level and junior developers. Having the passion to craft consistently high-quality code using Agile engineering practices (TDD, pairing) means you look out for what’s best for our team and also best for the client. Being able to articulate the value of Agile engineering practices to both internal and external teams is a practice we’d look to you to uphold.

Senior-level developer. Over 7 years programming experience of some sort.

Salesforce experience:

3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com full lifecycle implementation.
3+ years of VisualForce development and experience with force.com APIs
2+ years of APEX development
Experience setting up and maintaining user hierarchy rules, roles and profiles

General experience should include working with stakeholders to identify project requirements and turning business requirements into technical design

Should show an understanding of data modeling and database concepts

Pluses:
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications

Also :* We'll need someone who can impart Salesforce knowledge to the team. This could either be in the form of training, or of pointing us to resources which would allow us to learn what we need to know quickly. The person should expect to be pairing with our developers as part of the knowledge transfer.

* The person will collaborate on establishing the overall architecture for the application.

* Ideally the person would be experienced with using Agile methods. At the least, the person should be willing to work in an Agile fashion, adding features incrementally in iterations.

* The person's experience in developing Salesforce tools should include some sort of automated testing.

I think we should have the consultant on board through June 1 to make sure we have someone with expert knowledge close to our delivery date.

This contract is onsite and in NYC.  The length 5-6 mos.

Cheers,

Sw
