I have  a requirement where I  need to edit the outbound email message template once the email is sent from the case feed layout page.Can we edit the outbound email message fields as when i browse the view fields section for it i see that all fields are visible and readonly and they are standard i don't have an option to make them editable. Is there any other setting that i am missing ?
